All branches of the Richmond Public Library will be closed on Monday, October 8, 2012 for staff development training. All City libraries will reopen at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, October 9, 2012.
All other City of Richmond government agencies and offices will open at regular business hours on Monday, October 8.
