FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. and RICHMOND, Va., Nov. 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Minacs, a global outsourcing business solutions company, announced the opening of a second center in Richmond, VA to support its growth with high-end customer management work for a large US healthcare client. The state-of-the-art facility will accommodate more than 800 employees.

The company still has 200 full-time positions to fill at the new site and is looking for work-driven individuals to join as team leaders, supervisors, and agents. While prior healthcare knowledge is a plus, it isn’t a requirement for these positions. The new site is located at 1405 Cummings Drive, in Richmond, VA. Minacs is also looking to add 150 seasonal employees before the end of the year.
