WHAT: City of Richmond Electoral Board Meeting

BACKGROUND:
The City of Richmond Electoral Board will have a brief meeting at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, October 4, 2016. The sole purpose of this meeting is for the Board to determine under what circumstances neutral observers will be allowed into the polling places on November 8 who are not specifically authorized by statute.
