Official order calling for Democratic and Republican primary elections:
COMMONWEALTH of VIRGINIA
To the Secretary of the Electoral Board:
WHEREAS a notice in proper form has been received from the appropriate authority requesting the calling of a Primary Election for the purpose of nominating a candidate for the Democratic and Republican Parties for the offices of Member, United States Senate, Member, House of Representatives and local offices. This certificate serves to notify you of said primaries which are attached for all localities. Should only one candidate qualify for the primary ballot in any office, no primary for that office will be held.
THEREFORE, you are, in the name of the Commonwealth and pursuant to § 24.2-517 of the Code of Virginia, ordered to cause a Primary Election to be held in your county or city on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, for the purpose aforesaid. You are further ordered to post a copy of this order on the official website of the county or city, at not less than 10 public places in the county or city, or have the order published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in your locality.

XÉT RẰNG, một thông báo theo đúng mẫu đã được cơ quan phù hợp tiếp nhận, nội dung yêu cầu tổ chức một cuộc bầu cử sơ bộ nhằm đề cử một ứng cử viên thuộc các đảng Dân chủ và Cộng hòa cho các chức vụ Thành viên Thượng viện liên bang, Thành viên Hạ viện liên bang và các chức vụ địa phương. Chứng nhận này nhằm thông báo cho quý nơi nhận rằng các cuộc bầu cử sơ bộ nói trên được áp dụng cho tất cả các địa phương. Nếu chỉ có một ứng cử viên đủ điều kiện có tên trên lá phiếu sơ bộ cho bất kỳ chức vụ nào kể trên, sẽ không tổ chức bầu cử sơ bộ cho chức vụ đó.
VÌ LÝ DO ĐÓ, nhân danh Tiểu bang và dựa theo Khoản § 24.2-517 của Bộ luật Virginia, quý nơi nhận được lệnh tổ chức Cuộc Bầu Cử Sơ Bộ tại quận hoặc thành phố vào Thứ Ba, ngày 18 tháng 6 năm 2024, cho mục đích đã nói ở trên. Ngoài ra, quý nơi nhận cũng được yêu cầu đăng bản sao của lệnh này trên trang mạng chính thức của quận hoặc thành phố, công bố
tại ít nhất 10 địa điểm công cộng trong quận hoặc thành phố, hoặc in ấn ít nhất một lần trên một tờ báo được lưu hành khắp địa phương.
Chữ ký và Con dấu chính thức của Hội đồng Bầu cử đã được thực hiện tại Richmond, ngày 6 tháng 3 năm 2024 dùng để làm bằng chứng.
