Another year of PAL’s Biddy Ball is here! Biddy Ball Basketball is an instructional program designed to teach children the fundamentals of basketball to include dribbling, shooting, passing, and defense. There is also a controlled game setting that exposes the children to a game-like experience. The teams are coached by Richmond City Police Officers which pursues PAL’s goal of building positive relationships between officers and the youth of our community.

General Information:
Age: Boys & Girls – 7 to 11 year old
Fee: $40 per child.
Location: Richmond Police Training Academy, 1202 W. Graham Rd, Richmond, VA 23220
Dates: Tuesday evenings – February 16 through March 22
Times: 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Also, the 2016 Spring Break Sports Camp for 9-13 year old boys and girls is coming up! The camp will take place Monday, March 28 to Thursday, March 31 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Please be prompt on both times (There is a fee for late pick up). There is only room for 40 kids and it sells out very fast.

It is MANDATORY the camper participates in all the sport camps. Please sign up kids that love playing sports. There is absolutely no sitting out and the child will be sent home if they refuse to participate.

Activities include Skating, baseball, hiking, football, basketball, fishing, bowling and a movie.
Each group of ten will be led by a Richmond PAL Police Officer.
$65 for the entire week, and each child must provide their own lunch except on Thursday when PAL is throwing a pizza party for everyone.
