Receive assistance completing Tax Relief for the Elderly and Disabled applications, or submit your application or recertification. You may also visit City Hall at 900 E. Broad Street, Room 100. Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Please bring: all income sources (W2, 1099 of all kinds, etc.), bank statement for December 2017 and all asset documentation.
