RVAH20, an extension of the City’s Department of Public Utilities dedicated to bringing cleaner water faster to Virginia’s capital, is hosting a Community Open House on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. The public is invited to come to the Science Museum of Virginia and join in the conversation of how to improve Richmond’s water quality.
RVAH20 will share short and long term goals for improving water quality, as well as identify sources of pollution and environmental stressors in Richmond. Also on tap for discussion is a management proposal that calls for uniting all city watershed decisions into a single permit request.
