RICHMOND, VA (PRWEB) JUNE 02, 2016

On Wednesday, June 8, Centura College encourages teens of Richmond to join them on campus from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. for a Teen Summer Job Expo. The event features an interview workshop, followed by the job fair. Employers are signing up now to engage with high schoolers ready for work this summer.

“We are all about connecting communities and careers at Centura College and teens are an important part of our community,” said Campus Executive Director Zoe Thompson. “We wanted to give local teens the tools to ace the interview process and then put them in front of employers looking to hire right now.”

Expected recruiters include Kings Dominion, Chick-fil-A, Car Pool, Wendy’s and many more. Career Services Director Steve Terry said, “We are still coordinating employer sign ups and we will be updating our full list on Facebook.” Students are encouraged to dress for success and be ready to connect with employers.

Centura College’s Richmond campus is located at 7914 Midlothian Turnpike, North Chesterfield. For more information about the Teen Summer Job Expo, call 804-330-0111, or visit the Facebook event page at https://www.facebook.com/events/249967088696966/.
