Following the successful introduction of goatscaping in 2014 – the ‘kids’ are back, the 23rd Earth Day Richmond Festival in Shiplock Park will host the third installment of the Community Impact Project, Byrd Park Carillon Goatscaping.
Enrichmond has partnered with the City of Richmond Departments of Parks and Recreation, Carillon Civic Association, and Bright Hope Farm & Apiary to bring about this event.
Staring Thursday, April 21 the Chew Crew and Munch Bunch will head to Byrd Park for one week. If you have never seen goatscaping, love the idea of supporting Enrichmond’s 23rd Earth Day Festival at Shiplock Park, or just enjoy the thought of evasive kudzu and english ivy being eviscerated, please come out and see the goats in action!
Historic Byrd Park and The Carillon are located adjacent to the beautiful Fan neighborhood of Richmond, VA near Blanton Avenue and Park Drive.
